This is Haggis Hill in the Scottish Highlands. By adopting a haggis you are helping to plant native Scottish trees in an area where wild haggis once roamed free. We believe that restoring this vital habitat is key to the return of the feram haggis (Wild Haggis) species.

Introducing The Wild Haggis…

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I visit my adopted haggis?

Haggis live in the wild. There are none in captivity and we hope it remains that way. You are more than welcome to visit Haggis Hill, which forms part of the Highland Titles Nature Reserve, near Duror, where you can see our conservation efforts and tree planting project. But we cannot guarantee a sighting of wild haggis any more than the Loch Ness boat tours can guarantee sightings of the Loch Ness Monster.

Can I have a guided tour of the nature reserve?

Yes, guided tours are available here. It is one ticket per person, and you must arrange your time in advance to avoid disappointment. We have a small team and the tours are popular.

Can I adopt another haggis for someone else?

Yes, thank you! You can buy the ‘Adopt a Haggis’ gift using the button below.

If we plant it, they will come…

Adopting a haggis helps to pay for our tree planting project at Haggis Hill on the Highland Titles Nature Reserve near Duror. In 2026 alone, we will plant 14,000 trees here.
